  We built our home 4 years ago and our builder recommended this place. We had oak flooring, carpet and tile done. Marilyn & Finney the Owners were helpful and professional while we were selecting our new flooring. The oak floor was finished so poorly they had to redo it. It still looks pretty bad in some places. Now 4 years later the carpet needs to be restretched. It has very large wrinkles and is very loose in several areas through out our home. We called a well known place in Lawrence to come stretch it. The man who came to give us an estimate told us to call the business who installed it. He had never seen such a poor job in all of his years of doing this type of work. My husband has called Midwest and spoken to Finney twice with a promise each time to have his guy come stretch it. It has now been 6 weeks and we have not heard from anyone at Midwest. My husband called yesterday to talk to Finney again and the women who answered the phone told him he would call back. He never called back. It is too late for us but not for you! Trust me, GO ELSE WHERE! I don't know how these people stay in business.
